I am passionate about helping parents discover their own strengths as a parent and feel empowered to be their best version.
In particular, I help caregivers who feel stressed with parenting learn how to communicate with their child, understand their needs, and learn research-supported skills that help set their child up for success.
I teach parents that it is possible to be a loving parent that enjoys interacting with their child and feel confident in setting healthy boundaries when needed.
